Loaves and Fishes offers a great deal of volunteer opportunities throughout the year at both our Maryland Heights and St. Charles locations. Anyone wishing to help out at our shelter or food pantry should contact our Maryland Heights office at (314) 291-3857 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
