Prevention Services
Our Rental and Utility Assistance Programs are a critical frontline service designed to prevent homelessness and keep at-risk households in their homes. The program offers up to six months of rental and utility arrears to those facing financial hardship, providing them with the support needed to regain housing stability. By addressing the immediate risk of eviction, the program not only stabilizes households but also gives them a second chance to build a more secure future.
