Prevention Services

Our Rental and Utility Assistance Programs are a critical frontline service designed to prevent homelessness and keep at-risk households in their homes. The program offers up to six months of rental and utility arrears to those facing financial hardship, providing them with the support needed to regain housing stability. By addressing the immediate risk of eviction, the program not only stabilizes households but also gives them a second chance to build a more secure future.

As August 14, 2025, we are not accepting new applications or phone inquiries at this time. We kindly request that you refrain from calling or completing the pre-qualification form. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to explore alternative programs and services that we provide.
